Blue Frogs (Advanced Ages 6+)

Gymnasts invited to the Blue Frogs class will further perfect the basics as they learn even more advanced skills! Blue Frogs work on skills such as handstand forward rolls and round offs on floor, leg cuts and travels on pommel horse, skin the cat and more difficult holds on rings, tight bodies and sticking on vault, handstands and holds on parallel bars, and pullovers without a spot on high bar.
