White Stars Gymnastics Lessons (Ages 6+)

Our White Stars gymnastics lessons at All About Kids are for ages 6 and up. This gymnastics lesson is an instructor/child class. These lessons are 55 minutes long.

Your child will learn the following in their gymnastics lessons:

• Slow motion cast on bar
• Safe landing position on beam
• Correct mounting technique on beam
• Forward releve walks on beam
• Forward roll on wedge
• Bridge w/ head off floor
• Cartwheel
• Lever kick to lunge
