Tumbling for Dance Level 1 (Ages 4+)
For dancers who are just beginning their acro training, we will focus on basic limbers, strengthening, and flexibility, leading up to basic drills for both back and front walkovers as well as cartwheels/handstands and beginning drills for handsprings.

Apparel/Equipment Needed: Leotard or shorts/t-shirt with bare feet
