Every party (except Open Gym/Swim) includes a private party host, setup and cleanup, a digital invitation, a free gift for each guest, and a free t-shirt for the birthday kid. You pick the activity, and we handle the rest!

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a birthday party?
All birthday parties are booked online through our Parent Portal. Party reservations are accepted up to 12 months in advance with a $125 non-refundable deposit.
When is final headcount and payment due?
The total headcount includes all children participating in the party, including the birthday child. We know guest lists can change, so no worries! You can add up to 3 extra children without having to move to the next party package, even if they’re added on the day of the party.
All final payments (including any changes) must be made 9 days before the party date. Any unpaid balance will be automatically processed the Monday before your party.
Do children need a signed waiver to participate?
Yes. A current liability waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian is required before any child can participate. Please direct your guests to our Parent Portal. New families will “create an account,” and returning families can simply log in to update their info.
What should we expect when we arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled party time so we can get everyone checked in and ready for the fun to begin! Guests will receive wristbands, and our staff will collect gifts, shoes, and other belongings on the birthday child’s party cart. We’ll take care of bringing everything to your party area for you.
What do we need to bring?
Just bring the birthday child, a cake or cupcakes, and individual ice cream cups if you’d like. We’ll take care of the rest!
Want to add decorations? We’d love to help! Simply drop them off by 8:00 PM on the Thursday before your party, and our staff will decorate the party area for you. For safety and easy cleanup, please no piñatas, tape, or confetti.
Outside food and drinks are not permitted, other than cake, ice cream and water bottles. If you’d like to bring additional food or drinks, a $50 outside food fee will apply.
How do we keep our parties safe?
Swimming Parties: Our pool is heated to a comfortable 89°F and ranges from 3 to 4.5 feet deep. A lifeguard is on duty throughout the party. Children age 5 and under must have a parent in the water with them. For safety, life jackets are not permitted on the water slide.
Gym Parties: Children age 5 and under may have one adult accompany them on the gym floor. The birthday child may have up to 2 adults. All other adults are welcome to watch the fun from our viewing area; stair access only.
Can we open presents?
Absolutely! Just let your party host know at check-in. For parties with 10 or fewer children, there is typically plenty of time to open gifts. For larger parties, opening presents may require using a little of your scheduled activity time.
What should guests wear?
Gym Parties: Comfortable athletic clothing that’s easy to move and play in. Shoes and socks are not needed in the gym.
Swim Parties: Bring a swimsuit and towel and come ready to make a splash!
Basketball Parties: Comfortable athletic clothing and athletic shoes (Oldham County location only).
Do party hosts accept tips?
Yes. If your party host helped make your child’s day special, tips are welcome and appreciated. Tips are cash only.
Do members receive a discount?
Yes! Current All About Kids members receive a 10% discount on birthday party packages.
