Ever wanted to stay after class to work on your skills? Open Gym is a great time to work on techniques learned in class, play with friends, have a great time in the gym or enjoy our warm-water pool!

Louisville Open Gym
Sunday:  2pm-4pm
*Sunday, November 1st, no athletes or parents will be allowed in the Champion gym (left gym) until after 3p. The Cheer side, Fun Zone, Ninja area and Pool will be available 2p-4p!*

Preschool Open Gym (Louisville)
Monday – Friday: 12pm-1pm (5 & under)

Oldham County Open Gym
Friday:  6pm-8pm
Friday, November 6th- No Open Gym/Swim
Ninja Night-Friday, November 6th- 6p-8p

Wednesday: 12pm-1pm (5 & under)

$16 members, $20 non-members
**$40 annual membership
Member Punch Card (10 visits): $129

Open Gym Rules

  • For kids ages 18 & under
  • Children 5 & under MUST have a parent in the water with them to swim (at least 18 years old)
  • Children 5 & under may have 1 parent accompany them in the gym area
  • Basketball available at Oldham location only
  • Pre Registration is not required but preferred

IMPORTANT NOTE:
We must have a current AAK Liability Waiver signed by a PARENT or LEGAL GUARDIAN before a child may participate in Open Gym/Swim. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure a timely check-in. Maximum of 20 swimmers. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT ALL PARENTS STAY IN THE FACILITY DURING OPEN GYM.

From team and recreational gymnastics to lil ninja classes and open gym/swims, my children have done it all at AAK! The coaches and staff always provide a caring and engaging atmosphere while communication from the staff is clear and consistent. It’s been a joy to watch my children grow as we’ve made AAK our home away from home.
